2.2. We reserve the right to refuse orders if the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent.
3. Prices and Payments:
3.1. The prices of products and services will be informed in a clear and transparent way before finalizing the order.
3.2. Payment must be made according to the payment methods made available by our company.
3.3. Any additional fees, such as taxes or delivery costs, will be informed in advance.
4. Delivery:
4.1. We will do our best to deliver the grass within the established time frame. However, we are not responsible for delays arising from unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control.
4.2. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order on the scheduled date to assess the condition of the grass received. If there is no one to receive the grass, we will not accept any complaints regarding the quality of the grass after delivery.
4.3. Pallets will be left on the driveway. If you want the pallets to be left elsewhere, we are not responsible for any material damage caused to the property.
5. Installation and Maintenance:
5.1. If you request installation services, we will follow the proper procedures to ensure proper grass installation. However, we are not responsible for damages or problems arising from improper soil or negligence in maintenance after installation.
5.2. We will provide you with instructions and guidance on the proper maintenance of the grass to ensure its good development and health.
6. Cancellations and Returns:
6.1. We do not cancel the purchase after cut da grama. Because grass is a living product, we only cut according to orders.

7. Warranty:
