Considering that grass is a living product, it is not possible to cancel an order after cutting.
To request cancellation of the purchase, the customer must contact us through our service channels, before mowing the grass.
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of the date of cancellation. The amount to be refunded will correspond to the total purchase price.
